WINTER 2026 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

At NEA, we’re offering drop-in Strength & Conditioning and Speed & Agility sessions Monday through Thursday to help athletes reach their peak performance.

  • Speed & Agility (Ages 7+): Mondays 4:00–4:45 PM

  • Strength & Conditioning (Ages 11+): Tues & Thurs 5:00–6:00 PM

  • All-Girls (Ages 11+) Fridays 7:30PM-8:30PM

Designed for athletes by athletes, these sessions focus on building strength, increasing speed, and improving mobility—all while preventing injuries and developing overall athleticism. Through consistent training, players gain the confidence, endurance, and power needed to perform at their best both on and off the field.

HOMESCHOOL NEW YEAR, NEW SESSION!

Our Homeschool Fitness Program has been a huge success, and we’re excited to roll into Session 2 beginning January 5! To provide the best possible experience for every athlete, we are expanding our schedule and dividing our Monday PE group into two age-specific sessions: ages 5–8 from 11:00–11:45 AM, and ages 9–12 from 12:00–12:45 PM. Families also have the option to join our Wednesday PE class for ages 6–10 from 11:00 AM–11:45 AM, as well as Speed & Agility for ages 7+ from 12:00PM-12:45PM Fridays and Strength & Conditioning for ages 11+ from 1:00–2:00 PM also on Fridays. Designed with flexibility in mind, families are welcome to attend a single class each week or participate in all offerings — whatever fits your homeschool schedule. Each class focuses on movement, teamwork, athletic development, and building lifelong fitness habits in a positive, supportive environment here at Northeast Elite Athletics in Derry, NH.
