PRIVATE BASEBALL INSTRUCTION

At NEA, our experienced and passionate instructors work with athletes ages 7 and up to build skills in hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, and overall baseball IQ. With backgrounds at the collegiate, professional, and elite youth levels, our coaches provide personalized instruction and positive mentorship to help each athlete grow in confidence, ability, and understanding of the game.

Senior Instructors – Experienced coaches and former high-level players.

Senior: $50 (30 min) | $70 (45 min) | $90 (60 min)

​

Junior Instructors – Advanced NEA athletes trained to work with younger players.
Junior: $40 (30 min) | $50 (45 min) | $60 (60 min)

COLE YENNACO

HITTING, PITCHING AND CATCHING INSTRUCTOR

A lifelong NEA Wildcat, Cole Yennaco brings high-level playing experience and deep program roots to his role as an instructor. A standout at Pinkerton Academy and now a Division I two-way player (catcher and RHP) at Merrimack College, Cole pairs athletic skill with academic drive as he studies Engineering and Finance.
​
Cole specializes in developing hitters, pitchers, and catchers with a focus on mechanics, strength, and mindset. Having come up through the NEA system himself, he knows what it takes to reach the next level—and is passionate about helping young athletes get there.

STEPHEN SALVADOR

HITTING INSTRUCTOR

Stephen Salvador is a dedicated hitting instructor with a focus on situational hitting and the mental side of the game. A product of the NEA Wildcats program himself, Stephen now coaches within the organization at the 14U level, bringing firsthand knowledge and a player-centered mindset to every session.

​

With a strong belief that every athlete is unique, Stephen takes the time to understand each player’s strengths, tendencies, and growth areas—helping them build confidence at the plate and a deeper understanding of their game. His goal is to help young hitters think, adjust, and compete with purpose.

​

Stephen works year-round with athletes ages 9–14 and is passionate about giving back to the program that shaped him.

TOMMY COSTA

HITTING & INFIELD DEFENSE INSTRUCTOR

Tommy Costa is a former college infielder with a strong foundation in hitting and defensive instruction. A four-year varsity starter in high school, Tommy went on to play at both Assumption College and the University of New Hampshire. He currently coaches within the NEA Wildcats program and works with players ages 7–14.

​

Specializing in infield development—particularly at shortstop, second base, and third base—Tommy brings game-tested experience and a passion for teaching fundamentals the right way. His sessions focus on building confidence, clean mechanics, and situational awareness.

​

As both a coach and former player, Tommy is proud to be part of the NEA community and is committed to helping young athletes grow on and off the field.

JIM BAIL

HITTING INSTRUCTOR

With over 25 years of experience developing hitters, Jim Bail brings a lifetime of baseball knowledge and a deeply player-focused approach to the NEA Wildcats. A former Division I athlete at West Virginia and West Chester University, Jim went on to play semi-pro ball and coach at every level—from youth to college, including stints at Sam Houston State and as Head Coach at Franklin Pierce University.

​

Locally, he’s been the hitting and catching coach at Windham High School for over 15 years and is the founder of Jim Bail’s Hitting Academy, where he’s helped shape hundreds of athletes through technique, mindset, and mentorship. A former MLB scout for the Braves and Padres, Jim’s philosophy centers on teaching confidence, resilience, and a love for the game that lasts far beyond the field.

RYAN FARIA

PITCHING INSTRUCTOR

Ryan Faria is a pitching instructor who emphasizes mechanics, mindset, and long-term arm health. A 3-time New Hampshire All-State selection and standout at Windham High School, Ryan went on to play Division I baseball at Northeastern University. He now brings that high-level experience to NEA, coaching athletes ages 11 - 15+.

​

With coaching experience at both the youth and high school levels, Ryan is committed to helping pitchers develop control through proper body mechanics and mental discipline. His approach centers on building healthy, complete pitchers—instilling habits that protect arms and enhance performance over the long run.

​

Ryan values the tight-knit culture of NEA and is passionate about giving back to a community that’s helped shape his own journey.

JACOB COGSWELL

PITCHING INSTRUCTOR

Jacob Cogswell brings recent collegiate playing experience and a strong passion for player development to the NEA instructional staff. A former team captain at NHTI and Conference Pitcher of the Year, Jacob later played at Southern New Hampshire University, one of the top programs in the East. His journey through multiple arm surgeries gives him unique insight into the importance of strength, recovery, and durability.

​

Jacob has worked with athletes of all ages through lessons and camps, focusing on skill development, confidence, and long-term growth. His coaching philosophy centers on effort, attitude, and steady improvement—believing that consistent small gains lead to big results over time.
