Northeast Elite Athletics (NEA) is a premier, family-owned baseball and athletic development program based in southern New Hampshire, committed to building elite athletes and exceptional individuals. Founded by former MLB pitcher Jay Yennaco and co-owned with his wife, Nicki Yennaco, NEA reflects their shared passion for developing talent both on and off the field. Jay brings his professional baseball experience and leadership to the organization, while Nicki oversees all financial operations.

As a true family-led program, NEA thrives through the collective expertise and dedication of the Yennaco family. Cole Yennaco, Jay’s son, leads the strength and conditioning program, ensuring athletes build the physical and mental foundation necessary to compete at the highest levels. Bruce Yennaco, Jay’s brother, serves as the Director of Coaching Development, mentoring our coaching staff and bringing decades of experience to guide NEA’s training philosophy.

Further strengthening the leadership team is Rick Brenner, a veteran sports executive with over 30 years in the industry. As NEA’s Director of Operations, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge in sports management, having previously served as President of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and twice earning Eastern League Executive of the Year honors.
